Description
(Partly machine-translated)
The 6th work of Vocaloid Animation.
I wrote the lyrics, composed the music, and even arranged the music myself (mixing and mastering by Syuntaro). The title and lyrics of this mysterious song are unintelligible to me, and the music video is the first one since Don’t Do Bad Things to feature dances.
In contrast to the previous work, this one is dynamic full animation(24fps), includes funny dancing. I really did whatever I wanted to do. As a result, I drew about 1,140 pictures, an increase of 360 from the previous work.
Inspired by Masaaki Yuasa, a famous animator, I had to further kill the carefulness of the pictures, which was not there originally, to make them look more simplified. I also heavily used techniques such as deformation, smear and squash.
By the way, what does Mazete Konete Funifuni (mix, knead, and fluff) mean? If I had to guess, I would say “mix” is whisk, “knead” is something like bread dough and “fluff” is soft, but in fact, even the author is not entirely sure. When I was sitting in my chair in 2011, the phrase and melody came into my head. I wonder what really triggered it.
I finally understood the difficulty of mixing and mastering after my first composition. Thanks to Syuntaro for mixing and mastering over and over again, and to all my friends for their input regarding the video.
